  sold me a phone which i was told was new, came to find out it was a refurbished one and it stopped working 2 weeks after i got it. and since it was past the 14 day return window im stuck with it! shady people for sure, they will also tell you lies about the data plan.

  They've always been great and friendly...A little slow, but that's Verizon's fault. I don't like the remodel of the store... Sometimes I need to use the restroom. But the employees are great!
